Over the course of his career, Sam has overseen a number of land and property projects in Canada. He has built a formidable base of skills along the way, taking on new and challenging projects with vigour and passion.
Sam has had the privilege in assisting developers with the development of various residential projects – apartments, single-family and multi-family homes through his time with Goldmann Consulting Inc. With an unparalleled focus on creating value and building relationships he utilized his extensive knowledge in business and real estate by developing and building a number of residential projects in BC; and several acres of residential and commercial land in Saskatchewan.
An experienced Real Estate Developer, Sam has a demonstrated history of working in the industry with a solid background of education in Real Estate Sales focused in Mortgage along with Real Estate from the UBC Sauder School of Business and a Mortgage Brokers Licence.
